Weddings

Your music made the evening perfect. I was unbelievably impressed.

We had nothing but compliments on the ceremony and your music which was so much an integral part of the occasion. Thanks again for making our day one that will be always remembered with a smile on our face and a warm feeling in our heart.

[Your music] really set the tone for a very relaxed and comfortable event. I received many, many compliments on it.

Other Performances

The music that you two played was so beautiful! It was such a nice accent to the day’s focus on images of boats in the museum’s permanent collection. I also wanted to thank you for your enthusiasm with the crowd. The interaction was wonderful and you really had everyone’s attention! I received wonderful feedback on how much people enjoyed your performance. – Family Day Coordinator, Minneapolis Institute of Arts

The festive music you shared with our guests was a wonderful addition to our spring celebration. Your beautiful instrumental and vocal sounds seemed to fill our festival with activity and liveliness. - Dodge Nature Center employee

If I could play music from hearing it a million times I’d be as good as you two by now. - Owner of Amish Corner Country Store, Anoka, Minnesota

As Toni and I sipped Almond Creme Coffee and watched the two men of Greenwood Tree perform in Eau Claire last night,we appreciated Borders providing us with such top notch entertainment. As we looked out over the mixed audience, we saw parents with little children, teenagers, middle aged persons and senior citizens captivated by the music of Greenwood Tree. We agreed that Borders was providing the entire community with wonderful family entertainment. We like Stu Janis and Bill Cagley--they are approachable, have a dandy sense of humour, and convey a rich love of folk music.. Seems to me the two of them really know how to communuicate with their audiences. While in turn their audiences display their affection with enthusiastic applause.

Last night at Borders Stu and Bill exhibited no tension as they eased through their varied program-- which by the way, didn`t seem overly scheduled--fact is they demonstated spontaneity; yet, they packed two hours with hand slapping , foot stomping music like few other performers I`ve ever witnessed. - Patron of Borders Books in Eau Claire, Wisconsin

Your music was a true gem of the season, and it was a real treat for us. - Patron of Gaviidae Commons, Minneapolis, Minnesota

Yall’s music was very beautiful and full of life, and truly inspired me. - Patron of the Acoustic Café, Winona, Minnesota

Thank you so much for the fabulous performance. - Administrative Director, Choral Arts Ensemble of Rochester, Minnesota
